Abstract
Since General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed the construction of a green and intelligent digital ecological civilization in 2023,the academic community in China has conducted in-depth research from the dimensions of the scientific connotation,generation logic,distinct characteristics,current difficulties,practical paths and era value of digital ecological civilization construction.The construction of digital ecological civilization encompasses two aspects:the development of digital ecology and the digitalization of ecology.Its value principles mainly include:everything in the construction of digital ecological civilization is for the people,everything in the construction of digital ecological civilization depends on the people,and the fruits of the construction of digital ecological civilization are shared by the people.The article puts forward specific promotion paths such as using digital technology innovation to deeply enable the construction of the ecological environment,using digital technology to empower the public to actively participate in the construction of ecological culture,and cultivating the new quality talents required for the construction of digital ecological civilization in the new era.关键词
