How Can Digital Technology Empower the Realization of the Value of Ecological Products?

Abstract
The realization of the value of ecological products faces problems such as insufficient supply of ecological product development and utilization system,unsound market trading platform and related governance mechanism,and incomplete software and hardware supporting guarantee,which urgently need to be guided and supported.In the context of the digital economy era,digital technology can effectively reduce the information cost of realization of the market value of ecological products,and provide new opportunities for reshaping the value realization mechanism of ecological products.Using the institutional analysis and development(IAD)framework,this paper constructs a theoretical framework for the realization of the market value of ecological products around the stages of preparation in advance,implementation in the event and post-guarantee,and expounds the path for the realization of the market value of ecological products enabled by digital technology,including:improving the efficiency of territorial space planning and use,reducing the cost of clarifying ecological product ownership,value evaluation and accounting,promoting the smooth operation of ecological product trading platform,enhancing the efficiency of nested governance and value sharing,providing software and hardware supporting guarantee,and promoting the orderly operation of supervision and sanctions mechanism and conflict resolution.In view of the problems existing in the value realization of ecological products enabled by digital technology,such as insufficient multi-source data fusion and sharing,difficulty in maximizing the value of data,decentralized construction of digital platform,low execution efficiency of value realization process,low intelligent level of digital system,and insufficient factor allocation and utilization ability,this paper puts forward policy optimization suggestions.关键词
