基于整治潜力的全域国土空间综合整治重点单元识别方法研究
Study on the Identification Method of Key Units for Comprehensive Improvement of Entire Territorial Space Based on Improvement Potential

Abstract
The article takes Ningbo City,Zhejiang Province as the research area,and constructs a set of methods,such as improvement potential evaluation,rolling advancement zone evaluation,and key unit identification.It clarifies the fundamental data of improvement potential in the region,identifies priority zones for the implementation of improvement,and determines key units for comprehensive improvement of territorial space improvement.The results show that:(1)The objects of improvement potential investigation are divided into three categories:agricultural production,urban construction,and ecological restoration.The investigation standards are respectively"space location+improvement method+improvement effect","improvement object+improvement method+quality enhancement",and"damaged environment+improvement method+function restoration/quality improvement".(2)The improvement potential in Ningbo City mainly includes the potential for concentrated and contiguous improvement of permanent basic farmland,farmland function restoration potential,industrial land transformation and upgrading improvement potential,village transformation and upgrading improvement potential,and high-standard farmland improvement potential.Different types of remediation potential present different spatial distribution patterns.(3)The priority zones for the implementation of Ningbo's comprehensive territorial space improvement are respectively GQ area in Haishu district,CC area in Jiangbei district,JLH area in Zhenhai district,XJJ area in Beilun district,DS area in Yinzhou district,XW area in Fenghua district,SM area in Yuyao City,GHW area in Cixi City,XD area in Ninghai county,and XZB area in Xiangshan county.(4)A total of 53 key units for Ningbo's comprehensive territorial space improvement have been successfully identified.Various types of improvement units can be freely combined to plan and develop multiple models of improvement projects.关键词
