Research progress in blood flow restriction training on lower limb function in stroke patients
摘要
Abstract
Stroke has become the leading cause of death and disability among adults in China,and about two thirds of stroke patients have lower limb dysfunction,which seriously affects their daily life.In recent years,blood flow restriction training(BFRT),as a low-load and high-efficiency rehabilitation intervention,has shown positive effects in improving lower limb function in stroke patients.In order to evaluate the effect of BFRT on lower limb function in stroke patients,this study used a combination of subject terms and free terms to systematically search PubMed,Web of Science,CNKI and Wanfang Data,with a time limit from the establishment of the databases to June 3,2025,to review the results of related research at home and abroad,with the aim of providing a new strategy for the improvement of lower limb function in stroke patients.关键词
