全程健康教育对人工耳蜗植入儿童听觉功能、心理状态的影响
The impact of comprehensive health education on the auditory function and psychological state of children with cochlear implants

Abstract
Objective:To explore the impact of continuous health education on auditory function and psychological status in children with cochlear implants.Methods:A total of 102 children who underwent cochlear implantation were selected and divided into a control group and a study group according to a random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The control group received routine health education,while the study group received compre-hensive health education.The auditory function,psychological status,quality of life,and compliance of the two groups were compared.Results:At the 6-month follow-up,the auditory function scores of children in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05);the psychological status scores of children in the study group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05);the quality of life scores of children in the study group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05);the overall compliance rate of children in the study group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive health education can enhance treatment adherence in children with cochlear implants,improve their psychological well-being,and en-hance their auditory function and quality of life.关键词
