Compact medical community:Practice and exploration at Haiyan People's Hospital

Abstract
The development of county-level medical communities is a key vehicle for deepening the reform of the medical and health system and advancing the implementation of the"Healthy China Initiative".Established in May 2019,the medical community of Haiyan People's Hospital has undergone several years of optimization and adjustment.By 2025,it has formed a pattern of a closely-integrated county-level medical community covering all community health service centers and township health centers within the county,and has carried out in-depth ex-ploration in integrated fields such as financial coordination,talent mobility,and medical insurance integration.Based on the data obtained from research and practical experience,this paper systematically sorts out the specific management practices of the medical community of Haiyan People's Hospital,summarizes its effectiveness from the dimensions of organizational structure optimization,resource integration,talent mechanism innovation,and digital transformation,and meanwhile analyzes the challenges encountered during the process of promotion.It also proposes targeted follow-up innovation paths,aiming to provide a reference for the high-quality development of compact county-level medical communities.关键词
