农村社区严重精神障碍患者医防融合管理模式的应用及效果
Application and effectiveness evaluation of the management model of medical and preventive care for severe mental disorder patients in rural communities

Abstract
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of the integration of medical treatment and preventive management model for patients with severe mental disorders(SMDs)in Zhanqi Town,Yinzhou District,Ningbo City from 2018 to 2024,and to provide references for optimizing SMDs management in primary healthcare institu-tions.Methods Using epidemiological research methods,the study selected Zhanqi Town,which implemented the integrated healthcare management model for SMDs,as the experimental group,and the other 31 towns/subdis-tricts in Yinzhou District that did not implement this model as the control group.The analysis was conducted of the changing trends in the core management indicators for SMDs(such as reported prevalence rate,standardized man-agement rate,medication adherence rate,etc.)in the experimental group from 2017 to 2024,and a comparison was made of the core management indicators for SMDs between the experimental and control groups in 2004.Re-sults After the implementation of the integrated model,both the management rate and regular medication adher-ence rate of SMD patients in the experimental group reached 100％,and the reported prevalence rate and regular medication adherence rate were significantly higher than those in the control group(P＜0.001).Conclusions The integration of medical treatment and preventive management model effectively enriches mental health service resources in rural areas and enhances the management efficiency of SMDs at the town and street levels through the integrated utilization of medical and health resources,which is worth further exploration and promotion.关键词
