医学院校本科生基层医疗机构就业意愿及影响因素研究
Employment intention in primary healthcare institutions and associated influencing factors among undergraduate medical students

Abstract
Objective To investigate the employment willingness of medical undergraduates in primary healthcare institutions and to identify key influencing factors.Methods In March 2025,medical undergraduates from Anhui Medical University were selected as the study population using convenience sampling.A self-designed questionnaire was administered via"Wenjuanxing",an online survey platform.Results 40.1％of medical un-dergraduates expressed willingness to work in primary healthcare settings.Secured permanent positions,managea-ble workload with low competitive pressure,and professional fulfillment were the primary motivations,whereas low salary levels and limited career development opportunities constituted the main barriers.Higher willingness was ob-served among students with lower annual family income(P＜0.001),rural-targeted medical training program en-rollees(P=0.046),those familiar with primary healthcare services(P=0.002),those knowledgeable about grassroots employment policies(P=0.012),and those confident in policy implementation effectiveness(P＜0.001).Conclusions Enhancing medical students' willingness to work at the grassroots level necessitates not only optimizing compensation and establishing smooth career progression paths but also improving their understand-ing of primary healthcare roles and relevant policies.Crucially,effective implementation of employment support measures must be ensured.关键词
