纤维素酶在反刍动物生产中的应用研究
Research and Application of Cellulase in Animal Husbandry Production
摘要
Abstract
Cellulase,as an efficient and environmentally friendly biological catalyst,holds significant application value in animal nutrition by enhancing ruminal fermentation in ruminants,and promoting the efficiency and quality of lactic acid fermentation in silage.This review summarizes its mechanism of action,which involves hydrolyzing cellulose,disrupting cell wall structures,and releasing nutrients,demonstrating remarkable effectiveness in improving the utilization of forages.Although production costs remain a challenge,strategies such as genetic engineering and enzyme system optimization offer promising prospects for advancing sustainable animal husbandry through the application of cellulase.关键词
