肢蹄病对奶牛体温的影响研究
Effects of Limb and Foot Disease on Body Temperature of Dairy Cows
摘要
Abstract
In this study,30 Holstein cows were selected as the research subjects, and the cows were divided into normal group(gait score=1)and foot and leg disease group(gait score>1)according to gait score. The results showed that the body temperature of cattle with foot and leg disease was significantly higher than that of healthy cows, with an elevation range of 0.3-0.6℃.Furthermore,the higher the gait score, the more severe the foot and leg disease, and the more obvious the increase in body temperature(ρ=0.51,P<0.01).Receiver Operating Characteristic(ROC)curve analysis revealed that body temperature exhibited extremely significant diagnostic value for lameness(AUC=0.884,P<0.01).The analysis identified 38.56℃as the optimal clinical early warning threshold. At this threshold, the diagnostic sensitivity was 80.0%and the specificity was 93.3%.This study confirmed a positive correlation between lameness severity and increased body temperature in dairy cows, and determined that 38.56℃can serve as a diagnostic threshold for dairy cow lameness, providing a novel physiological indicator reference for clinical diagnosis.By monitoring abnormal body temperature, the potential risk of foot and leg disease can be identified in an early stage, and the timely intervention and treatment of breeding personnel can be helped, effectively blocking the deterioration of the condition and reducing the occurrence of moderate and severe cases, which can not only relieve the pain and stress of diseased dairy cows, improve animal welfare, but also reduce the elimination rate and breeding economic losses caused by hoof disease, which has important practical value for ensuring the health of dairy cows and the efficiency of pastures.关键词
