Detection and Risk Analysis of Four Viruses in the Environment of a Large-Scale Dairy Farm in Ningxia
摘要
Abstract
The"milk"industry is one of the"six special"key industries in Ningxia.With the continuous expansion of dairy farming scale,the positive rate of cow diseases remains high.It is necessary to build a large-scale biological safety prevention and control system for dairy farms.This study used ELISA method to detect several common viral diseases in 100 randomly collected blood samples from a large-scale dairy farm in Ningxia.At the same time,samples of feces and environmental swabs from different cowsheds were collected for PCR detection.The results showed that the cows in the farm were infected with bovine viral diarrhea virus(BVDV),bovine coronavirus(BCoV),bovine rotavirus(BRV),and bovine infectious rhinotracheitis virus(IBRV),and these four viruses have long existed in different herd environments.The results of this study lay the foundation for the construction of an important disease risk monitoring system for large-scale dairy farms.关键词
