小麦粒重相关性状的QTL定位
QTL Mapping of Grain Weight Related Traits in Wheat
摘要
Abstract
To explore the main effect QTL(quantitative trait locus)of grain weight related traits,the wheat recombinant inbred lines(RIL)population constructed by Bainong 207 and Wunong 985 were used as the material.The genetic linkage maps were constructed based on 55K SNP(single nucleotide polymorphism)chip,and QTLs were mapped for grain weight-related traits in 4 environments.The results showed that a total of 132 QTLs related to grain weight traits were identified,distributed on 14 chromosomes,which could explain 1.80%~17.97%of phenotypic variation.The new locus QGL.hau-4D.1 was detected simultaneously in 3 environments,explaining 4.58%~8.28%of phenotypic variation.And 2 QTL clusters controlling multiple traits were found on chromosome 2D and 7A,and the genes in the clusters were mainly enriched in pathways such as protein ubiquitination.Furthermore,combining gene expression in different tissues of wheat,2 candidate genes related to grain weight,TraesCS2D02G445500 and TraesCS2D02G461700,were predicted,which encoded RBR-type E3 ubiquitin transferase and bHLH transcription factor,respectively.Above results provided valuable QTL loci and candidate genes resource for wheat grain weight genetic improvement,and laid foundation for analyzing the genetic mechanism of grain weight and breeding high-yield wheat varieties.关键词
