青海高原野生黑果枸杞和宁夏枸杞的表型多样性分析
Phenotypic Diversity Analysis of Wild Lycium ruthenicum and Lycium barbarum in Qinghai Plateau

Abstract
In order to explore the diversity of phenotypic traits of wild Lycium ruthenicum and Lycium barbarum in Qinghai plateau,a total of 217 wild Lycium samples,including 96 L.barbarum,121 L.ruthenicum from Qinghai plateau,were taken as test materials,and 9 phenotypic traits were studied in-depthly by using the statistical methods such as correlation analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis.The results showed that the 217 wild Lycium germplasm resources from Qinghai plateau contained rich variation in 9 phenotypic traits.The coefficient of variation of L.ruthenicum was from 13.75%to 36.22%,among which the fruit longitudinal diameter was the smallest and the single fruit weight was the largest.The coefficient of variation of L.ruthenicum was from 9.59%to 157.91%,among which the fruit transverse diameter was the smallest and the longitudinal diameter was the largest.Correlation analysis showed that there were different degrees of correlation between phenotypic traits and longitude,latitude,altitude.Principal component(PC)analysis revealed that 2 PCs with eigenvalues greater than 1 were extracted for L.ruthenicum with cumulative contribution rate of 77.297%,and 3 PCs were extracted for L.barbarum with cumulative contribution rate of 80.938%,which basically reflected the basic characteristics of wild Lycium in Qinghai plateau.In summary,the L.ruthenicum and L.barbarum in Qinghai plateau were more adaptable to the natural environment and richer in diversity.Above results provided theoretical basis for the variety improvement,superior gene mining and germplasm resource protection of wild Lycium in Qinghai plateau.关键词
