农村随迁中老年人社会融入对土地流转的影响
THE IMPACT OF SOCIAL INTEGRATION OF RURAL ELDERLY MIGRANTS ON LAND TRANSFER

Abstract
Promoting the urbanization of rural-to-urban migrants and releasing land resources are important requirements for new-type urbanization.From the perspective of social integration of middle-aged and elderly migrants,this research systematically re-examined the land transfer decision-making of migrant families.And based on the data from 2017 China Migrants Dynamic Survey,it adopted the Probit model and the conditional mixed process estimation method for analysis.The results were listed as follows.(1)The enhancement of social integration among middle-aged and elderly rural migrants significantly promoted land transfer among migrant worker households.In other words,the higher the level of social integration of these middle-aged and elderly individuals,the greater the probability of land transfer among their migrant worker households;(2)Those who emigrated from high-income families,better housing conditions,higher clan education level,non-main grain producing areas,and longer migration time had a stronger promoting effect of social integration on land transfer;(3)The mechanistic analysis revealed that social integration enhanced the willingness of rural middle-aged and elderly migrants to reside in cities and weakened their emotional ties to their hometowns,thereby facilitating land transfer;(4)Compared with objective integration,the subjective integration of rural elderly migrants has a greater effect on land transfer.Therefore,this study is not only a re-discussion of the land transfer decision of migrant workers'families,but also a new analysis of land transfer decision from the perspective of social integration of rural middle-aged and elderly people.关键词
