国际重要蚊传虫媒病毒对我国的扩散风险
Risk of spread of internationally important mosquito-borne arboviruses to China
摘要
Abstract
Mosquito-borne arboviruses are the most diverse and widely distributed viruses by blood sucking insects(e.g.,mosqui-toes,ticks,midges,and sandflies),and pose the most severe disease burden among such viruses.With increasing international com-munication,the risk of mosquito-borne arboviruses spreading to larger geographical areas(e.g.,from traditional epidemic areas to non-endemic areas)through various routes is growing and has attracted worldwide attention.China's vast territory spans tropical and temperate zones,and is suitable for the breeding and transmission of a variety of mosquitoes and mosquito-borne arboviruses.China not only provides natural conditions facilitating the survival of local mosquito-borne arboviruses(e.g.,Japanese encephalitis virus,Dengue virus,and West Nile virus)but also faces a high likelihood of new mosquito-borne arboviruses(which are not endemic in China)being imported from abroad and causing new public health problems.A double risk exists of local mosquito-borne arboviruses spreading to wider areas in China and new mosquito-borne arboviruses entering(spreading)from abroad.This article analyzes the risk of the spread of internationally important mosquito-borne arboviruses in China,from the perspectives of mosquito species,viral bio-logical characteristics,and the epidemic law of infectious diseases,to provide a reference for the control and prevention of the spread of internationally important mosquito-borne arboviruses and infectious diseases in China.关键词
