Abstract
Young grassroots officials are an important force in promoting the modernization of grassroots governance.However,in a high-pressure,trivial,and increasingly accountability-rigorous work environment,they are prone to job burnout,manifested in such negative behavioral patterns as"inaction","fear of action","false action",and"slow action",which seriously erode organizational effectiveness and the governance foundation of the Party.From the perspective of organizational behavior,this paper systematically analyzes the causes of job burnout among young grassroots officials:subjectively,it stems from the psychology of seeking benefits and avoiding harms,low self-efficacy,and value disengagement;objectively,it is constrained by institutional shortcomings such as the governance dilemma of pressure transmission and bottom-line mentality,the lack of incentive and fault-tolerance mechanisms,and rigid accountability constraints;culturally,it is affected by the superposition of negative leadership examples,herd mentality,and negative social evaluations.In response to practical problems,a prevention and control path centered on party activities leadership should be adopted:improve the education and training system through ideological guidance to enhance value identity;perfect the supervision and management system through institutional guidance to strengthen psychological motivation;shape a political ecology of entrepreneurship through exemplary guidance to cultivate action consciousness;and optimize the supply of psychological services through service guidance to provide emotional support.Transforming the advantages of party activities into governance effectiveness provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the healthy growth and high-quality performance of young grassroots officials.关键词
