摘要
Abstract
Promoting a comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development is a strategic task during the 15th Five-Year Plan period.At present,China's green transition of economic and social development has entered a critical phase,with structural con-tradictions such as fragmented governance,factor misallocation,and insufficient synergy among subjects becoming increasingly prominent..How to transform strategic goals into implementable and achievable governance practices has become a major theoretical and practical propo-sition that urgently needs to be addressed.Therefore,it is necessary to be guided by the systems thinking,to systematically analyze the real-istic constraints of the comprehensive green transition of economic and social development,to coordinate the synergy mechanism,factor ag-gregation,multi-subject interaction,and the institutional guarantee system,and to accelerate the advancement of Chinese modernization featuring harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.关键词
