Research progress on the molecular regulatory mechanism of muscle fiber types in livestock and poultry and their nutritional regulation
摘要
Abstract
Muscle fibers,as the basic units that constitute muscles,their growth and development status as well as composition types largely affect the growth rate and meat quality of livestock and poultry.However,the molecular regulatory mechanism of muscle fiber types is extremely complex and is jointly acted upon by multiple factors such as transcription factors and signaling pathways.Moreover,different types of muscle fibers are also regulated by nutritional factors such as energy and protein.This article aimed to conduct a comprehensive review of the molecular regulatory mechanisms and nutritional regulatory measures of muscle fiber types,with the expectation of deeply understanding the molecular regulatory mechanisms of muscle fiber types and the specific effects of different nutritional regulations on muscle fiber types,providing a theoretical basis for improving the quality of livestock and poultry meat.关键词
