Application of ultra-thin endoscopy in gallbladder non-calculus diseases

Abstract
Ultra-thin endoscopy has revolutionized the diagnosis and management of non-gallstone gallbladder diseases.By enabling direct transoral access to the gallbladder lumen,this technology provides high-definition mucosal visualization and targeted biopsy,significantly improving diagnostic accuracy for conditions like polyps,adenomyomatosis,and early gallbladder cancer.Despite challenges such as technical complexity,high costs,and anatomical constraints,its minimally invasive nature and direct diagnostic capabilities make it invaluable for complex cases.This article outlines the procedural techniques,clinical applications(including polyp resection and functional assessment),and advantages of ultra-thin endoscopy,supported by case examples.While current limitations hinder widespread adoption,its potential to standardize precision medicine for gallbladder pathologies is promising,positioning it as a future cornerstone in biliary endoscopy.关键词
