Research on Pathological Accent in Adult Hearing-Impaired Oral Speakers:Current Status,Paradigm Shift,and Future Directions
摘要
Abstract
The abnormal speech rhythm of adult hearing-impaired speakers is a core obstacle that affects communication effectiveness and social participation.This article systematically reviews the current research status in this field,revealing the research dilemma of emphasizing description over explanation,emphasizing children over adults,and emphasizing correction over empowerment.It proposes a paradigm shift from correcting tone to empowering communication.And using AI sound restoration technology and MsTC multi sensory training course as empirical cases,the breakthrough value of artificial intelligence technology and multi sensory pathway training in activating speech and motor output was demonstrated.Based on the national lifelong hearing health policy framework,propose a future development path that integrates theoretical deepening,technological empowerment,intervention innovation,and system reconstruction.关键词
