山药新品种怀山6号的选育
Breeding of a new Chinese yam cultivar Huaishan No.6
摘要
Abstract
Huaishan No.6 is a new cultivar of Chinese yam that was selected and developed through systematic selection from wild yam resources in Shennong mountain in Jiaozuo city,Henan province.This cultivar has a growth cycle of ap-proximately 210 days.Tubers exhibit a nearly circular cross-section,yellowish-brown epidermis,and white flesh with a viscous texture when cut.Morphological characteristics include tuber lengths of 93 cm,diameters of 2.2 cm,and individu-al mass is about 300 g.The average yield is approximately 2375 kg per 667 m².The dry powder of the tuber contains the following:295 mg·kg-1 of adenosine,0.68 g·100 g-1 of allantoin,10.1 g·100 g-1 of protein,and 64.9 g·100 g-1 of total starch,including 21.4 g·100 g-1 of amylose and 43.5 g·100 g-1 of amylopectin.Additional,the content of the main active components are in accordance with the standard requirements set forth in the"Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China(2020 Edition,Volume 1)".This cultivar exhibits moderate resistance to leaf spot and anthracnose.Huaishan No.6 is suitable for cultivation in Jiaozuo city,Henan province,and other similar ecological regions.关键词
