A review of clinical characteristics and risk factors associated with clozapine-induced myocarditis
摘要
Abstract
Clozapine-induced myocarditis(CIM)is a rare but potentially life-threatening adverse reaction associated with clozapine treatment for schizophrenia.In recent years,growing attention has been paid to CIM due to its severe clinical outcomes.However,its specific risk factors remain unclear,and no widely accepted consensus or guidelines have been established for its monitoring and management,making targeted prevention and management in clinical practice difficult.This paper summarizes the clinical characteristics of CIM and systematically analyzes potential risk factors,including clozapine metabolic abnormalities,rapid titration,and genetic or racial predisposi-tions,with the aim to provide references supporting the clinical prevention and management of CIM.关键词
