富血小板血浆穴位注射治疗黄褐斑疗效分析及对氧化应激水平的影响
Therapeutic effect of platelet-rich plasma acupoint injection on melasma and its influence on oxidative stress level

Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effectiveness of platelet-rich plasma acupoint injection in the treatment of melasma and its effect on oxidative stress levels.Methods From August 2024 to August 2025,56 female patients with chloasma who visited the First Affiliated Hospital of Guizhou University of Chinese Medicine were selected and randomly divided into a test group and a control group,with 28 patients in each group.Both groups received basic intervention measures,including health education and lifestyle guidance.The control group received PRP subcutaneous injection,while the test group received PRP acupoint injection,once a month for a total of three times.The area and severity index(MASI)scores,chloasma quality of life scale(MELASQOL)scores,and traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of the chloasma were recorded before and after treatment in both groups.Adverse events during the trial were also recorded and statistically analyzed to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of PRP acupoint injection in the treatment of chloasma.ELISA was used to detect the content of malondialdehyde(MDA)and tyrosinase(TYR),as well as the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD),to verify the effect of PRP acupoint treatment on oxidative stress.Results Following 12 weeks of treatment,the MASI score in the trial group showed a significant reduction compared to pre-treatment levels(P<0.05),with the magnitude of reduction markedly exceeding that of the control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,the efficacy rate in the trial group(defined as the proportion of patients achieving a≥30%reduction in MASI score)was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Results From the Melasma Quality of Life(MELASQOL)questionnaire demonstrated more pronounced quality of life improvement in the trial group,alongside more positive patient subjective perceptions.Regarding Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,the trial group demonstrated superior improvement,with greater alleviation of TCM symptoms compared to the control group.In terms of safety,no serious adverse events occurred in either group.Only a few patients in the trial group reported mild adverse reactions such as injection site pain and erythema,all of which resolved spontaneously within a short period.Post-treatment serum levels of MDA were markedly reduced,while SOD levels significantly increased and TYR activity decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion PRP acupoint injection has shown significant efficacy and favorable safety in the treatment of chloasma with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,and is therefore worthy of further promotion.关键词
