Abstract

Objective This study aims to clarify the positive composition of different allergens,the distribution of sensitive populations,and the correlation with clinical diagnosis through multidimensional characteristics,providing a basis for the treatment of diseases such as contact dermatitis,eczema,and urticaria.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on 390 patients with allergic dermatoses admitted to Puyang Anyang Area Hospital from May 2019 to April 2021,who underwent patch testing using 60 standard allergen reagents.The degree of reaction was assessed at 48 hours and 72 hours after application,and recorded as(-)(±)(+)(++)(+++).Results The highest positive rates were observed for nickel,fragrance mix,parabens,and isopropylthiazolinone;the proportion of patients with high reaction levels(++to+++)was significantly higher in eczema and allergic dermatitis than in urticaria-related diseases,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Young and middle-aged women had the highest level of allergen exposure.The positive detection rate of combined C+H testing was much higher than that of single series testing,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion Patch testing can identify the allergen spectrum of different populations,providing a reliable basis for the precise diagnosis and individualized treatment of allergic dermatoses.Combined series testing can improve the detection rate and is more suitable for patients with complex or recurrent dermatitis.
