Abstract
Objective To investigate the repair effect of a dual-laser treatment mode on post-acne hypertrophic scars.Methods A total of 100 patients with post-acne hypertrophic scars admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Zhengzhou from January 2024 to August 2025 were selected as subjects.According to the different treatment methods,they were divided into a control group(treated with fractional erbium laser)and a study group(treated with pulsed dye laser combined with fractional erbium laser),with 50 patients in each group.The treatment efficacy,clinical recovery indicators,skin barrier function,and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The skin redness time,inflammatory exudation time,and healing time in the study group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the erythema index and transepidermal water loss in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the stratum corneum water content was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life scores across all dimensions in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The dual-laser treatment mode demonstrates ideal efficacy in treating post-acne hypertrophic scars.It can accelerate symptom relief,improve skin barrier function,and enhance patients'quality of life.关键词
