口腔癌根治术后同期行前臂皮瓣和股前外侧皮瓣修复的临床效果对比分析

Abstract
Objective To compare the outcomes of simultaneous reconstruction with forearm flaps and anterolateral thigh flaps after radical resection of oral cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 31 patients who underwent oral cancer surgery at Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Dalian University from July 2019 to July 2024.Among them,15 patients who received repair with forearm flaps were included in the forearm group,and 16 patients who received repair with anterior thigh lateral flaps were included in the anterior thigh lateral group.The intraoperative preparation time of the flaps,operation time,intraoperative blood loss were compared between the two groups;complications in the repair area one month after surgery;complications in the donor area six months after surgery;and the recovery of oral function and satisfaction at 12 months after surgery were also compared.Results The flap preparation time,operative time,and intraoperative blood loss in the radial forearm flap group were less than those in the anterolateral thigh flap group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).At one month postoperatively,there was no statistically significant difference in complications at the reconstruction site between the two groups(P>0.05).At six months postoperatively,the incidence of donor site scarring and hyperpigmentation in the radial forearm flap group was higher than that in the anterolateral thigh flap group(P<0.05).At twelve months postoperatively,there were no statistically significant differences in oral function recovery and satisfaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Both forearm flaps and anterolateral thigh flaps can achieve good clinical outcomes for soft tissue defects after oral cancer resection.Forearm flaps have an advantage in shortening operative time,but have a higher incidence of postoperative complications at the donor site.关键词
