油棕茎基腐病研究新进展
New advances of research on basal stem rot of oil palm
摘要
Abstract
One of the greatest threat to oil palm(Elaeis guineensis)production is from basal stem rot(BSR),caused by white-rot fungus Ganoderma boninense.BSR is prevalent in tropical areas of Southeast Asia,Africa,the Central and South America,causes up to 50%to 80%loss of palms in lots of plantations.Oil palm planting industry in China is still in the initial stage of rapid development.At present there are no reports on the occurence of BSR.In this article,we summarized research progresses in recent 10 years on detection techniques,pathogenesis,interac-tion mechanism,control measures of BSR,which prospected research direction of BSR resistance against G.boni-nense,with a focus on exploring disease-resistant germplasm and control strategies.We expected to provide refer-ences for preventing and controlling domestic oil palm basal stem rot disease in China and abroad.关键词
