摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Yishen Bugu Decoction on bone density and lumbar spine function in patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures after percutaneousvertebro plasty(PVP).Method:A total of 86 patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures after PVP admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital,Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2024 to July 2025 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group using a random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received calcium carbonate D3 as anti-osteoporosis medication,while the observation group received Yishen Bugu Decoction in addition to the control treatment.Comparison was made on bone density,lumbar spine function,pain severity,and adverse reactions between the two groups.Result:After 6 weeks of treatment,the observation group showed higher bone density in anteroposterior view of the lumbar spine and right femoral neck compared to the control group(P<0.05).After 3 weeks and 6 weeks post-treatment,the observation group exhibited lower ODI and VAS scores and higher JOA scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).No significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions was observed between the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yishen Bugu Decoction can improve bone density,enhance lumbar spine function,reduce postoperative pain,and demonstrate good safety in patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar fractures after PVP.关键词
