Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine with internal and external treatment method on Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in children with phlegm-heat blocking the lungs type.Method:A total of 108 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia with phlegm-heat blocking the lungs type admitted to Ruijin Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the experimental group by random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional treatment.The control group was given Ambroxol Hydrochloride nebulized inhalation therapy,while the experimental group was treated with modified Ma Xing Shi Gan Decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application on the basis of the control group.The changes in symptom scores,inflammatory indicators[serum amyloid A(SAA),TNF-α],pulmonary function indicators[ventilation per minute(VE),tidal volume(TV)],and myocardial enzyme indicators[creatine kinase(CK),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)]were compared between the two groups,and the total effective rate of treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were also compared between the two groups.Result:One week after the treatment,the total symptom score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).One week after the treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).One week after the treatment,the levels of SAA,TNF-α,CK and LDH in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of VE and TV were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:For children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia of the phlegm-heat blocking the lungs type,on the basis of nebulized inhalation of Ambroxol Hydrochloride,treatment with modified Ma Xing Shi Gan Decoction and traditional Chinese medicine acupoint application can reduce inflammatory responses,promote the reduction of uncomfortable symptoms and the recovery of lung function,inhibit the damage of pneumonia to the myocardium,and demonstrate good safety.关键词
