Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical value of Jinchan Zhiyang Capsules combined with Olopatadine in the treatment of urticaria of spleen-deficiency dampness accumulation type.Method:A total of 80 patients with urticaria of spleen-deficiency dampness accumulation type who were confirmed in the Sixth People's Hospital of Jingdezhen from January 2021 to December 2024 were enrolled.According to random number table method,they were divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40).The control group was treated with Olopatadine,while the observation group was treated with Jinchan Zhiyang Capsules on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for one month.The clinical curative effect,scores of symptoms(skin pruritus,number and diameter of wheals scores)and TCM syndromes scores(skin erythema,severe pruritus,skin burning scores),inflammatory factors(eosinophil,CRP,IgE),urticaria activity score(UAS)and scores of dermatology life quality index(DLQI)before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of various symptoms and TCM symptoms,levels of serum eosinophil,CRP and IgE,UAS and DLQI score in observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Jinchan Zhiyang Capsules combined with Olopatadine can improve curative effect and clinical symptoms,alleviate inflammatory response in patients with urticaria of spleen-deficiency dampness accumulation type.关键词
