棍针拨筋疗法在气滞血瘀型肩周炎患者中的应用效果
The Application Effect of Stick-needle Tendon Therapy in Patients with Scapulohumeral Periarthritis of Qi Stagnation and Blood Stasis Type

Abstract
Objective:To observe the application effect of stick-needle tendon therapy in patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Method:Eighty-two outpatients and inpatients with scapulohumeral periarthritis of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type who were treated at the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion,Xuanwei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Yunnan University of Chinese Medicine from May 2024 to April 2025 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into an observation group and a control group using random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The observation group received stick-needle tendon therapy,while the control group received traditional Chinese medicine directional drug penetration therapy.Both groups were treated for one month.The changes in pain scores(VAS score),Constant-Murley shoulder function scores(CMS),shoulder range of motion before and after treatment,and clinical efficacy were observed in both groups.Result:Compared with before treatment,after one month of treatment,VAS scores decreased,CMS increased and shoulder range of motion increased in both groups,with the observation group showing significantly better outcomes than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate was 97.56％(40/41)in the observation group,significantly higher than 80.49％(33/41)in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Stick-needle tendon therapy can significantly improve clinical symptoms and shoulder function and range of motion in patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis of Qi stagnation and blood stasis type.It demonstrates definite efficacy.关键词
