摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of combined treatment with Ambroxol Hydrochloride,Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium in patients with severe pneumonia.Method:A total of 120 patients with severe pneumonia admitted to Jingzhou No.3 People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2025 were included and divided into two groups by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium, while the observation group was treated with Ambroxol Hydrochioride in combination on the basis of the control group. After 14 days of treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared, the improvement of the micro-inflammatory state was evaluated, various parameters of lung function were measured, and the incidence of adverse reactions was statistically analyzed.Result:After treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the procalcitonin(PCT),CRP and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1)and peak expiratory flow rate(PEF)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ambroxol Hydrochioride combined with Cefoperazone Sodium and Sulbactam Sodium can significantly enhance the curative effect, reduce the micro-inflammatory state and improve the lung function in patients with severe pneumonia, and the safety is good.关键词
