黄芩汤治疗嗜酸粒细胞性哮喘患者的临床效果
Clinical Effect of Huangqin Decoction in the Treatment of Patients with Eosinophilic Asthma

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Huangqin Decoction in the treatment of patients with eosinophilic asthma.Method:A total of 100 patients with eosinophilic asthma treated at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2023 to March 2024 were selected and divided into a control group(n=50)and an experimental group(n=50)using a random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate Powder for Inhalation,while the experimental group received Huangqin Decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment courses for both groups were 8 weeks.The IL-17,IL-10,Th17,regulatory T cells(Treg),helper T cell 17/regulatory T cells(Th17/Treg),FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,total effective rate,occurrence of acute asthma attack and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,IL-10,IL-17,Th17,and Th17/Treg decreased in both groups compared with those before treatment,and those in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,and Treg levels increased in both groups compared with those before treatment,and those in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidences of acute asthma attacks and adverse reactions were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with eosinophilic asthma,on the basis of conventional western medicine(Salmeterol Xinafoate and Fluticasone Propionate Powder for Inhalation)treatment,the addition of Huangqin Decoction can further restore the Th17/Treg balance,improve immune status and lung function,and help reduce the incidence of acute asthma attacks and adverse reactions.关键词
