摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of single port video-assisted thoracoscopic precise segmentectomy on patients with early lung cancer.Method:A total of 92 patients with early lung cancer treated in the Ninth People's Hospital of Chongqing from June 2023 to June 2025 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was given three-port video-assisted thoracoscopic precise segmentectomy, and the observation group was given single port video-assisted thoracoscopic precise segmentectomy. The perioperative indicators, lung function[peak expiratory flow(PEF),FVC,FEV1],inflammatory factors(hs-CRP,IL-6,TNF-α)and tumor markers[carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),cyto-keratin 19 fragment(CYFRA21-1),carbohydrate antigen 50(CA50)]were compared between the two groups.Result:The intraoperative blood loss in the observation group was less than that in the control group, and the hospitalization time and postoperative thoracic drainage time were shorter than those in the control group, but the operation time was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05);one month after operation, the PEF,FEV1 and FVC values in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);three days after operation,hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);one month after operation, the values of CYFRA21-1,CEA and CA50 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using single port video-assisted thoracoscopic precise segmentectomy in patients with early lung cancer can improve perioperative indicators and lung function, and reduce the expression of inflammatory factors and tumor markers.关键词
