Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of oral Vitamin D on clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of children with Henoch-Schönlein purpura(HSP).Method:A retrospective cohort study design was adopted.From January 2022 to March 2025,104 children with HSP admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical University were divided into two groups according to the clinical treatment plan.The observation group(n=52)received oral Vitamin D combined with conventional treatment,and the control group(n=52)only received conventional treatment.The evaluation indicators include clinical efficacy,symptoms disappearance time,recurrence rate,and serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level.Result:The total effective rate of the observation group after 3 months of treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of purpura and joint swelling and pain in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D levels in the observation group was higher than that before treatment,and that in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Oral Vitamin D can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of children with HSP,reduce the recurrence rate,and increase the level of 25-hydroxyvitamin D.关键词
