烟酰胺辅助瑞舒伐他汀治疗对高脂血症患者血脂及炎症因子的影响
Effect of Nicotinamide Assisted with Rosuvastatin on Blood Lipids and Inflammatory Factors in Patients with Hyperlipidemia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effects of Nicotinamide assisted with Rosuvastatin on blood lipids and inflammatory factors in patients with hyperlipidemia.Method:A total of 150 patients with hyperlipidemia treated at Taizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2023 to April 2025 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Rosuvastatin,while the study group was given Niacinamide on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 weeks.The therapeutic effects,blood lipid levels(TC,HDL-C,LDL-C,TG),inflammatory factor levels(IL-1,CRP,TNF-α,IL-6)and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the total effective rate of the study group(94.67%)was higher than that of the control group(84.00%)(P<0.05).After treatment,LDL-C,TC and TG in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment,while HDL-C increased compared with that before treatment,and those of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-1,CRP,TNF-α and IL-6 in both groups decreased compared with those before treatment,and the levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Nicotinamide assisted Rosuvastatin in the treatment of hyperlipidemia can effectively regulate the blood lipid level of patients,improve the therapeutic effect,down-regulate the expression of inflammatory factors,reduce the degree of inflammatory reaction in the body,and will not increase adverse reactions.关键词
