Abstract
Objective:To explore the value of Recombinant Mussel Adhesive Protein Hydrogel Dressing combined with microneedle therapy in the repair of the skin barrier in sensitive skin.Method:A total of 60 patients with sensitive skin who visited the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region Institute of Dermatology and Venereology from May 2023 to May 2024 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with microneedle therapy combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Gel Dressings,while the treatment group was treated with microneedle therapy combined with Recombinant Mussel Adhesive Protein Hydrogel Dressing.The therapeutic effects,symptom scores,facial skin oil and moisture scores,transepidermal water loss(TEWL)scores and dermatology life quality index(DLQI)scores of the two groups were compared.Result:After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the scores of pruritus,burning and erythema in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the TEWL score and DLQI score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,while the facial skin oil and moisture scores were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Recombinant Mussel Adhesive Protein Hydrogel Dressing combined with microneedle therapy can effectively improve the skin barrier function of patients with sensitive skin after microneedle therapy,alleviate the manifestations of facial sensitive skin,and enhance the quality of life of patients.关键词
