自制活血安神足浴包联合安眠穴位敷贴治疗围绝经期睡眠障碍的随机对照研究
A Randomized Controlled Study on the Treatment of Perimenopausal Sleep Disorders with Self-made Huoxue Anshen Foot Bath Packs Combined with Anmian Acupoint Application

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of self-made Huoxue Anshen foot bath packs combined with Anmian acupoint application in the treatment of perimenopausal sleep disorders,and to provide a safe and effective treatment plan and clinical basis for such patients.Method:A total of 150 patients with perimenopausal sleep disorders who visited the Gynecology Outpatient Department of Jiangxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2024 to May 2025 were selected.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the foot bath bag group(treated with self-made Huoxue Anshen foot bath packs),the application group(treated with Anmian acupoint application),and the combined treatment group(treated with self-made Huoxue Anshen foot bath packs combined with Anmian acupoint application),with 50 cases in each group.All three groups received continuous treatment for three months.The Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)scores,modified Kupperman scores,serum sex hormone levels[estradiol(E2),follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH),and luteinizing hormone(LH)]and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared among the three groups.Result:After the treatment,the PSQI score and the modified Kupperman score of the combined treatment group were significantly lower than those of the foot bath pack group and the application group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the level of E2 in the serum of the combined treatment group was significantly higher than that of the foot bath bag group and the application group,while the levels of FSH and LH were significantly lower than those of the foot bath bag group and the application group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of treating perimenopausal sleep disorders with self-made Huoxue Anshen foot bath packs combined with Anmian acupoint application is remarkable.It can effectively improve the sleep quality of patients,relieve related discomfort symptoms of perimenopause,and at the same time play a good regulatory role in human sex hormone levels,with relatively high safety.关键词
