红细胞Rh血型配合性输注的疗效分析
Analysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Rh Blood Type Coordinated Transfusion of Red Blood Cells

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the impact of ABO and Rh(D,C,c,E,e)whole antigen homologous infusion on the safety and efficacy of blood transfusion in patients with anemia compared with only ABO and Rh(D)homologous infusion.Method:A total of 200 patients with anemia admitted to Ji'an Central People's Hospital from July 2024 to June 2025 were selected and divided into the observation group[receiving ABO and Rh(D,C,c,E,e)whole antigen homologous infusion]and the control group[receiving ABO and Rh(D)homologous infusion]according to the random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The Hb,the positive rate of urine protein,the positive rate of urine occult blood,the levels of IL-6 and PCT were detected 24 hours and 14 days after blood transfusion.The positive rates of direct antiglobulin globulin test(DAT),antibody release test(ART),free antibody test(FAT),and irregular antibody screening(IAS),as well as total bilirubin(TBIL)and reticulocyte count(Ret)were detected one month after blood transfusion.Result:At 24 hours after blood transfusion,the increase in Hb in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the positive rates of urine protein,urine occult blood,IL-6 and PCT were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 14 days after blood transfusion,the Hb level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,while the positive rates of urine protein,urine occult blood,IL-6 and PCT were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).At 1 month after blood transfusion,the positive rates of DAT,ART,FAT and IAS and TBIL,Ret in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:ABO and Rh(D,C,c,E,e)whole antigens homologous infusion can more effectively increase the Hb level of anemic patients and significantly reduce the risk of transfusion-related delayed hemolytic reactions and inflammatory reactions.关键词
