Research Progress on Skin Barrier Dysfunction and Microbial Community Imbalance in Atopic Dermatitis
摘要
Abstract
Atopic dermatitis(AD)is a chronic inflammatory skin disease characterized primarily by dry skin and recurrent flares.Epidemiological studies have shown that AD is more likely to occur in children, and its prevalence rate is significantly higher than that in the adult population.AD usually begins in early childhood, and some children persisting into adulthood. The pathogenesis of AD is complex, involving many factors such as heredity, immunity and environment.Among them, skin barrier dysfunction and microbial community imbalance are important factors in the onset of AD.The interaction between these two factors forms a vicious cycle of"skin barrier disruption-microbial community imbalance-immune inflammation",jointly participating in the occurrence and development of the disease. This review summarizes the research progress on skin barrier dysfunction and microbial community imbalance in AD,and outlines the treatment strategies for AD based on skin barrier repair, microecological regulation, and immune regulation. It provides theoretical references for the basic research and clinical diagnosis and treatment of AD.关键词
