摘要
Abstract
Lynch syndrome(LS)is one of the common hereditary cancer syndromes.LS is related to the occurrence of various tumors,among which colorectal cancer and endometrial cancer have the highest incidences.This article aims to summarize the molecular genetics,clinicopathological features,screening and diagnosis,prevention and treatment,and prognosis of LS,to increase the detection rate of hereditary colorectal cancer,so as to implement clinical intervention in a timely manner.By applying the latest treatment strategies,it aims to improve the clinical outcomes of patients with advanced cancer,ultimately achieving a reduction in mortality and a comprehensive improvement in quality of life.关键词
