摘要
Abstract
Endometrial cancer(EC)ranks among the three major malignant tumors of the female reproductive tract.Its incidence and mortality rates have been rising annually,posing a serious threat to women's health and lives.In 2013,The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)project conducted comprehensive genomic analyses on 373 EC cases,categorizing the disease into four molecular subtypes:POLE-mutated,high microsatellite instability(MSI-H),copy number-low(CNL),and copy number-high(CNH).This classification has transformed the treatment of endometrial cancer from traditional therapy to surgery combined with postoperative adjuvant therapy.Each molecular subtype exhibits distinct genetic alterations.The current molecular classification improves risk assessment for EC patients,reflecting their prognosis and sensitivity to different treatment modalities.This advancement enables more personalized and precise postoperative adjuvant therapy for EC.This review summarizes clinical research progress on prognosis and related adjuvant therapies for EC based on its molecular characteristics,combined with histopathological parameters.关键词
