Research progress on key brain network changes during motor function recovery after stroke
摘要
Abstract
Brain networks refer to macroscopic organizational patterns formed by the synergistic interplay of anatomical and functional connections between different regions of the brain.The recovery of motor function after stroke involves the dynamic reorganization and compensation of multiple key brain networks,rather than being limited solely to the repair of local neural tissue damage.Among these,networks such as the sensorimotor network,attention network,and default mode network undergo characteristic,time-dependent changes.Furthermore,factors such as the timing,frequency,and intensity of rehabilitation interventions,as well as stroke location and patient age,significantly influence the effectiveness of brain network reorganization.Alterations in brain network connectivity can serve as potential biomarkers for motor function recovery after stroke,providing a theoretical basis for developing individualized rehabilitation strategies.关键词
