前瞻性队列研究应用于中医证候疗效研究的关键问题及思考
Consideration on the key issues in applying prospective cohort studies to traditional Chinese medical syndrome effect assessment

Abstract
Therapeutic efficacy serves as the fundamental driving force for the sustainable development of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Syndrome differentiation and treatment is the prerequisite for TCM to exert its therapeutic effects,and syndromes are the core of both syndrome differentiation and clinical diagnosis and treatment.Therefore,evaluating the therapeutic effects of syndromes is one of the key points and difficulties in promoting the high-quality development of TCM.Prospective cohort studies represent one of the research design methods for evaluating the clinical therapeutic effects of TCM,offering unique advantages for evaluating the therapeutic effects of TCM syndromes dominated by syndrome differentiation and treatment.However,there are numerous methodological issues in practical research,and it is easy to confuse this design with randomized controlled trials.Therefore,this article explores the differences between the two research designs.By combining the practical application of prospective cohort studies in syndrome therapeutic research,we sort out the key links in the research process and provide suggestions,aiming to bring more inspiration to TCM syndrome therapeutic research.关键词
