张仲景"虚实相应"理论在恶性肿瘤治疗中的临床运用探析
Clinical exploration of ZHANG Zhongjing's theory of'deficiency-excess correspondence'in the treatment of malignant tumors
摘要
Abstract
ZHANG Zhongjing's Jingui Yaolue advocated the principle of'deficiency-excess correspondence',clarifying the dialectical relationship between deficiency of healthy qi and excess of pathogenic factors,which is particularly consistent with the pathogenesis and progression of malignant tumors.Based on this theory,this article discusses the therapeutic strategies for malignant tumors at the stage of excess syndrome,strengthening healthy qi and consolidating the root in the deficiency stage,and applying both attacking and tonifying methods in the stage of mixed deficiency and excess.In view of the marked depletion of healthy qi after modern radiotherapy and chemotherapy,the role of traditional Chinese medicine in regulating the spleen and stomach,restoring vitality,strengthening healthy qi,and eliminating pathogenic factors are discussed,and the clinical application of the principle of deficiency-excess correspondence in enhancing immunity and preventing recurrence is analyzed.Through the integration of classical theory and modern medicine,the unique advantages and practical value of the therapeutic principle of deficiency-excess correspondence in cancer treatment are highlighted.关键词
