Exploration on the traditional Chinese medicine differentiation and treatment of allergic purpura in children based on'disease differentiation-constitution differentiation-syndrome differentiation'

Abstract
Allergic purpura is a common vasculitis disease in childhood.Based on the'disease differentiation-constitution differentiation-syndrome differentiation'diagnostic and therapeutic model,this article integrates disease,constitution,and syndrome in the management of allergic purpura in children,aiming to identify the patterns of disease evolution,clarify the characteristics of constitution,and determine syndrome-based treatment and prescriptions.It is concluded that the core pathogenesis of allergic purpura in children includes insecurity of the fundamental shield,inherent intolerance,invasion by external pathogens,and lingering difficulty in recovery.Treatment should be staged based on the comprehensive consideration of disease,constitution,and syndrome.In the acute stage,priority is given to'syndrome differentiation',while on the basis of disease differentiation and constitution differentiation,adopting methods such as dispelling wind to stabilize the constitution,clearing heat to regulate the constitution,eliminating dampness to strengthen the constitution,supplementing qi to tonify the constitution,and nourishing yin to nurture the constitution.In the remission stage,priority is given to'constitution regulation',while on the basis of syndrome differentiation and disease identification,carrying out constitutional care and protection to prevent recurrence.关键词
