超分辨率超声造影在肝细胞癌与肝转移瘤鉴别诊断中的应用
Application of super-resolution contrast-enhanced ultrasound in differential diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinoma and liver metastases

Abstract
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of super-resolution contrast-enhanced ultrasound(SR-CEUS)quantitative parameters in differentiating hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)and liver metastases(LM).Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 40 patients with pathologically confirmed malignant liver tumors,including 22 cases of HCC(HCC group)and 18 cases of LM(LM group).Quantitative parameters of SR-CEUS,including vascular density(VD),fractal dimension(FD),mean velocity(Vmean),maximum velocity(Vmax),minimum velocity(Vmin),and perfusion index(PI)were measured and compared between the two groups.ROC curve analysis was used to evaluate the diagnostic performance of each parameter in differentiating HCC and LM.Results:There was a statistically significant difference in age between the two groups(P<0.05).VD,FD,and PI in the HCC group were significantly higher than those in the LM group(all P<0.05),while there were no statistically significant differences in Vmean,Vmax,or Vmin between the two groups(all P>0.05).The AUCs for differentiating HCC and LM using VD=50.511%,FD=1.745,and PI=7.920 were 0.720,0.881,and 0.687,respectively.Conclusions:SR-CEUS can non-invasively and quantitatively reflect differences in microvascular architecture and perfusion dynamics between HCC and LM.VD,FD,and PI are potential effective imaging indicators for differentiating HCC and LM.关键词
