HER2阳性乳腺癌的常规超声及超声造影特征分析
Analysis of conventional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound features in HER2-positive breast cancer

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the conventional ultrasound and contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)features of human epidermal growth factor receptor 2(HER2)-positive breast cancer,so as to provide a basis for clinical diagnosis.Methods:A retrospective analysis was performed on 209 patients diagnosed with breast cancer through surgery,including 114 patients with HER2-positive breast cancer(positive group)and 95 patients with HER2-negative breast cancer(negative group).All patients underwent conventional ultrasound and CEUS examinations before surgery.The conventional ultrasound characteristics(including size,shape,margins,echo pattern,calcification,posterior acoustic features,and vascularity),CEUS characteristics,and Ki-67 expression levels of the two groups were recorded and analyzed.Results:There were no statistically significant differences in age or Ki-67 expression between the two groups(both P>0.05).In the positive group,the proportions of lobulated margins and intratumoral microcalcifications were higher than those in the negative group(both P<0.05),while no statistically significant differences were observed in the remaining conventional ultrasound features(all P>0.05).In the positive group,the proportions of intratumoral perfusion defects,marginal penetrating blood flow,and clear enhanced margins were higher than those in the negative group(all P<0.05),while no statistically significant differences were observed in the remaining CEUS features(all P>0.05).Conclusions:HER2-positive breast cancer demonstrates certain conventional ultrasound and CEUS features.A comprehensive understanding of its ultrasound manifestations can provide a basis for early diagnosis and treatment.关键词
