中医学是知知识论序论
A Prolegomenon to Shizhi Epistemology in Traditional Chinese Medicine
摘要
Abstract
The pursuit of knowledge is an eternal goal for humanity. However, traditional views and theories of knowledge have struggled to meet the demands of social change and scientific and technological development. There is an urgent need to update the relevant concepts of knowledge from the dimensions of creative inheritance and innovative transformation,so as to promote a deeper understanding of the generation and application of knowledge.Taking the real-world clinical knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)as an example, and facing the dilemmas of traditional knowledge classification and knowledge poverty, this paper, inspired by the postmodern concept of knowledge, successively clarifies the differences between concepts such as reified life and humanized life, the inevitability of breaking through the bounded rationality of human beings, the necessity of innovatively developing diverse knowledge needs, and the urgency of efficiently transforming knowledge.Subsequently, the concept of"Shizhi knowledge"in TCM is proposed, and the characteristics of Shizhi knowledge are explained.Moving from the view of knowledge to epistemology, the theoretical points of Shizhi Epistemology and its future development directions are also illustrated.Shizhi Epistemology in TCM is an inevitable choice for integrating historical knowledge in the new era,an essential pathway for TCM to integrate modern science and technology and establish disciplinary self-confidence and self-strengthening,an inevitable trend for the future development of life sciences and health sciences, and an inevitable route for TCM to embrace the mutual learning of Chinese and Western civilizations and the new information revolution.关键词
