Exploring the Regulatory Mechanism of"Deficiency,Impairment,Stasis,and Toxin"in Alzheimer's Disease Based on Mitophagy Theory
摘要
Abstract
Mitophagy is a key regulatory mechanism for energy and substance metabolism in the brain.Its dysfunction may lead to damaging changes in neuronal cells in Alzheimer's disease(AD)and is considered one of the critical pathological mechanisms of AD.Based on the theory of mitophagy and integrating the core pathogenesis of"deficiency,impairment,stasis,and toxin"in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),this paper takes spleen and kidney deficiency as the root cause,with pathological products such as phlegm-turbidity and blood stasis as the manifestations.It explores the association between mitophagy and AD by applying TCM principles such as tonifying the spleen and kidneys,resolving phlegm and promoting blood circulation,and clearing heat and detoxifying tailored to the different pathological mechanisms at various stages of AD development.The study elucidates the scientific connotation of"deficiency,impairment,stasis,and toxin"and provides theoretical insights for the prevention and treatment of AD in TCM.关键词
